Nursery Stock Guarantee

Ellerslie Gift & Garden is proud of the superior quality of our nursery stock.  Our trees, shrubs and hardy roses are guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase.  You promise to regularly water, fertilize and enrich, mulching when needed, to maintain a healthy growth environment.  We promise to assist you if any problems develop.  But never wait until the situation is dire.  Contact us as soon as you have any questions or concerns.  We are dedicated to thoughtful and helpful customer service and  we will be happy to provide you with advice and information to remedy the predicament.

If your tree, shrub or hardy rose bush should still happen to die, we will require the original invoice, cash register receipt and the dead tree, shrub, or bush,  before we can issue a credit note.  The credit note will be for the amount of the original price paid.  Plant material will be replaced one time only.

REGARDING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No merchandise returns or exchanges will be accepted at the tills, the week prior to Christmas or the week after Christmas. No exceptions. We established this policy since customers wish to make their purchases in a very fast, efficient and timely manner during their busy holiday season.  While this policy will benefit the majority of our customers,  we certainly apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience this policy may cause any of our guests.
